Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
1 Bottle Früzinga - best with Honey Vanilla or Coconut Banana
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
1 Grated Apple
Add the Früzinga, egg, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and mix together until combined.
Add the sea salt, cinnamon, and baking powder into the bowl. Stir the mixture together.
Shred the apple with a cheese grater and add the apple into the pancake mixture.
Slowly pour the flour into the mix, and gently combine until it's fully incorporated.
Heat a large skillet to a medium-high heat and spray the pan with coconut oil.
Add the pancake mixture to the pan.
Flip when the sides are brown and the top begins to bubble.
Serve with maple syrup.
