Probiotic Yogurt VegNog

Ingredients

1 bottle (7oz) honey vanilla früzinga
1 c filtered water
1/2 c cashews
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
maple syrup - optional

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with a pinch of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. 

Sweet Protein Packed Potato Mash

Ingredients

3-4 Sweet Potatoes

1/4 - 1/2C Honey Vanilla Früzinga

Olive Oil

1/4 C Pomegranate Seeds  

Salt and Pepper - to taste

Sauce:

Siracha

1/4 C Honey

 

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees. 

Poke holes around your sweet potatoes and toss them into the oven for about 45 min. 

Remove the flesh from the sweet potatoes and mash with Früzinga and butter.  

Mix in hot sauce.

Top with pomegranate seeds and honey.
