Protein Packed Blueberry Pancakes



1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2-1 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 large egg or 2 medium, lightly beaten

1 cup Fruzinga yogurt

1/2 cup blueberries 


Combine all the dry ingredients together into a large mixing bowl.

Mix together until evenly distributed.

In a seperate bowl, gently mix the eggs. 

Add fruzinga, honey and blueberries.

Mix until combined.

Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry bowl until smooth.

Spray a heated pan with oil or butter. 

Pour your pancake mixture onto the pan and cook on both sides.
