Protein Packed Sweet Potato Mash
Happy almost Thanksgiving! We hope you enjoy this simple and healthy recipe.
3-4 Sweet Potatoes
1/4 - 1/2C Honey Vanilla Früzinga
1/4 C Pomegranate Seeds
Salt and Pepper - to taste
1/4 C Honey
Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees.
Poke holes around your sweet potatoes and toss them into the oven for about 45 min.
Remove the flesh from the sweet potatoes and mash with Früzinga and butter.
Mix in hot sauce.
Top with pomegranate seeds and honey.
