博士 副教授,四川省特聘专家

王琦,韦德bv官网医学检验系副教授,硕士生导师,斯坦福大学访问学者,复旦大学博士。从事近红外一区、二区生物荧光探针及多肽药物研究。到目前为止,在Chemical Society Reviews, Analytical Chemistry, Theranostics, Chemical Communications, Journal of Materials Chemistry B等杂志上共发表论文二十余篇,申请国家专利8项,授权4项,转化1项。担受邀任Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Science, Chemical Communications等期刊审稿人。近年来主持及参与国家自然科学基金各一项,参与科技部重大研究计划973项目一项,国家级大员工创新计划两项并获国家留学基金委资助于美国斯坦福大学研修。



研究方向:

1、多肽药物方向:基于化学固相合成法合成具有新型结构及功能的抗菌、抗肿瘤多肽,利用超分子自组装实现多肽药物的性能改进。

2、生物探针方向:开发及利用近红外荧光染料(NIR I, NIRII)结合多肽分子构建可用于生物小分子,金属离子,蛋白质检测的荧光探针。
